Ms. Louis Paul MOTAZE, is driving a digital transformation in microfinance by introducing a central integrated platform (CIMP) that connects microfinance institutions, payment providers, mobile money operators and banks. This innovative system, using tools such as a common USSD platform, mobile wallet, agency banking, prepaid cards and payment gateways, will improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality, strengthen financial inclusion, facilitate access to credit and contribute to poverty reduction.
